How do I add extras to my rental?
Include the banner theme or accessory names in your quote request, along with your main rental, event date, address and event hours. Already have a quote? Contact Cloud 9 and we’ll check the additions for your event.
What’s included in the price?
Your itemized quote confirms the selected rentals, add-ons, quantities, taxes and any delivery charges. Availability and pricing are checked before you reserve. Tell us which extras you want so the quote reflects your complete setup.
Will every banner or accessory fit?
Compatibility depends on your chosen rental. We confirm the banner and bounce-house combination, sidewall lengths, anchoring and power requirements. Select your favorite theme first, then let our team check the right fit for your event.
Which tent extras should I choose?
Solid and window sidewalls are available in 20-foot and 30-foot lengths for compatible tent layouts. Ask about concrete anchor blocks for pavement, white covers for a finished look, portable AC for suitable enclosed setups, and trash cans near guest areas. Our team confirms quantities, electrical access and the site plan.
What should I send when requesting rental add-ons?
Send one list with your main rental, preferred extras and quantities. For a banner, include the theme and the bounce-house combo you want. For tent accessories, include the tent size, setup surface and any photos that show the available space. For a generator or cooling request, list the equipment that needs power and where it will be placed.
